Locations

The Tenth Judicial Circuit is located in the heart of Central Florida on the I-4 corridor midway between Tampa and Orland. It consists of Polk, Highlands, and Hardee Counties. The main office of the Public Defender is located on the 3rd floor of the Polk County Courthouse in Bartow. Offices are also maintained in Highlands and Hardee Counties.
